I’m Aneala Thomas, CEO of One on One Tax Services, with over a decade of experience in the tax industry. I serve as an ERO, Service Bureau, educator, and author while proudly balancing my roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve successfully built and managed multiple businesses, from a deli to a thrift store, and expanded into the financial space by launching a tax academy. Today, I lead a growing network of franchisees and independent contractors across the country, helping others build sustainable careers in the tax industry.
I’m also the author of Tax Like a Boss: Schedule C Blueprint, Write It Off (Small Business Journal), and the memoir Born to Disappear, where I share both practical knowledge and personal experiences that have shaped my journey.
